Frequently asked questions
How often is the data refreshed?
Mostly in real time. With some accounting software, where continuous synchronisation is not possible, data is refreshed once a day.
Do I need a Power BI licence?
Accessing the reports requires a Microsoft Power BI licence, which the client obtains separately. The licence is not included in the price of the Numerix service.
How is my data protected?
Numerix has read and export access only – nothing in your database is changed. Only the people you authorise can see the reports.
Does the service work if we do our own bookkeeping?
Yes. The service also works for companies that keep their own books – we check how to connect to your accounting software at the first meeting.
How long does setup take?
For simpler projects, setup takes up to 45 days; for more complex ones, 45 to 90 days. The timeline also depends on the software used for bookkeeping. With some software, connection is not possible or takes significantly longer, and we inform prospective clients of this in good time.
